DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery is free and fully tracked.

Once your order has been processed — usually within 12 to 48 hours — you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with your tracking number. Delivery normally takes 10 to 14 working days. You can check the status of your parcel at any time at nesolia.com/a/track-order.

All prices shown include UK VAT, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Cancelling your order

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible at contact@nesolia.com with “Order cancellation” in the subject line and your order number. We will do our best to stop the parcel before it is dispatched.

Separately, and regardless of whether your order has been processed, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns policy for how to do this.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering, and contact us straight away if it needs correcting. We can only change an address before the order has been processed.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused on delivery. Parcels may be returned to us, but this is not guaranteed. If your parcel does come back to us, you can choose between a redelivery to the corrected address or a refund. Either is arranged once the parcel has physically reached us.
