Who we are

Nesolia is operated by LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@nesolia.com.

What we collect

When you order, we collect the details you give us: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and order history. When you browse, we automatically receive your IP address and basic information about your browser and device.

Why we use it, and on what basis

— To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns — necessary to perform our contract with you.
— To answer your questions and provide customer support — necessary to perform our contract with you.
— To send marketing emails or texts — with your consent, or to existing customers about similar products.
— To keep accounting and tax records — to comply with our legal obligations.
— To improve the site and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the shop: payment, delivery, hosting and email. Our store runs on Shopify; card details are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers and we never see or store them.

Some of these providers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where that is the case, appropriate safeguards are in place for the transfer.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. If the business is sold, your data may transfer to the buyer, who would be bound by the same obligations.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email contact@nesolia.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: www.ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — your basket, your session and security. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then stop working properly.
