TERMS OF SALE

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on nesolia.com. The shop is operated by LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: contact@nesolia.com.

By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Placing an order

Add the items you want to your basket. You will see a full summary before you confirm. Your order is a formal offer to buy; the contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may vary depending on your screen.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error — and we will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.

We accept card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay, depending on what is enabled at checkout. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom, free and fully tracked, normally within 10 to 14 working days. We will deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest; if we do not, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email contact@nesolia.com to tell us, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving them.

Beyond this, we accept returns for any reason for 60 days. See our Returns and refunds policy.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is faulty you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund, and we cover the cost of sending it back. These rights apply in addition to anything in these terms and cannot be reduced by them.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Events outside our control

If something beyond our reasonable control prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may cancel and receive a full refund if the delay is significant.

9. Your data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.

10. General

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

11. Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, email contact@nesolia.com first — most things are resolved quickly. You can also get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice: www.citizensadvice.org.uk.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
